Orders

How do I place an order?
Choose your product, select the correct size, add it to cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to help. Contact us as soon as possible at support@olyabody.com with your order number.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (when available). If you didn’t receive tracking, email support@olyabody.com.
I entered the wrong address—what should I do?
Contact us immediately at support@olyabody.com. If the order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the address.
Do you offer help with sizing?
Yes. Check the size guide on the product page. If you’re unsure, email us with your height/weight and preferred fit at support@olyabody.com.

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?
We ship to France and selected European countries. Shipping availability may vary depending on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your address and the carrier. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout when available.
Do you offer free returns?
We do not offer free returns. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will review your request.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Email returns@olyabody.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
What items are eligible for return?
Eligibility depends on the product condition and policy requirements. For hygiene reasons, shapewear must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Requests are reviewed individually.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment options available at checkout (depending on your country and provider).
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Why was my payment declined?
Payments can be declined for several reasons (incorrect details, bank security checks, insufficient funds, or card limits). Try again or use a different method. If the issue continues, contact your bank or email support@olyabody.com.
Will I receive an invoice or confirmation?
Yes. After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you need help, contact support@olyabody.com.
In what currency will I be charged?
All orders are charged in EUR (€). If your bank account is in another currency, your bank may apply exchange fees.
